It forced organizations to make separate sections for ‘social media behavior’ under the company’s ‘Terms and Policies’. However, ever since Facebook has been launched, there are many who got ‘Red card’ for posting immoderate comments or snaps about the organization, authorities and customers.

Stephanie Bon ended up in trouble by comparing her payment with that of her CEO. The former human resources assistant at Lloyds Banking Group was too curious in knowing how much her CEO António Horta-Osório, was paid yearly. Excited about her findings she made it public on Facebook. "LBG's new CEO gets £4,000 an hour. I get £7. That's fair,” Reports say that she was not there in the office to draw her next salary.

Professor Gloria Gadsden of East Stroudsburg University left her Facebook status asking "Does anyone know where I can find a very discrete hitman? Yes, it's been that kind of day." She was terminated, as the comment came shortly after the shooting incident at the University of Alabama.
